Our mission is to counsel and support nonprofit performing arts groups, community and social services organizations committed to social justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion in developing strategies for leadership development, institutional advancement, fundraising and communications planning that create and sustain safe and inclusive environments for colleagues and the communities they serve.
We place an emphasis on working with groups advancing the untold stories and unheard voices of marginalized communities.
Providing strategic consultation and tactical support in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), institutional leadership development, grant writing, fundraising, and communication plans, Kalliope works with LGBTQA+,BIPOC performing arts groups, domestic abuse shelters, youth social services providers and women’s communities.
